What does URL.ie do?

URL.ie gives you a nice short URL for your long cumbersome one. When you share that short URL with others, they'll be forwarded, seemlessly, to your original long URL. Having a short URL makes it easier to send a URL by email (notoriously poor at handling long URLs), and micro-bloggins sites such as Twitter.

How do I use URL.ie?

It only takes 2 simple steps!

  1. Paste your long URL into the box provided on the main page, and click "Truncate!"
  2. Use the generated URL in your email/message/post.

It couldn't be easier!
